Confession Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

This is the significant day for the worried man,
He was waiting for this so long,
He has confessed his sin today to the Great Judge
And feels greatly relieved now.
The wretched man spent so many sleepless nights in anxiety and fear,
He was truly afraid to confess his obnoxious sin,
Though his conscience was always giving him severe blow,
Finally he has broken the shackles,
As he has boldly confessed his sin this day,
He is ready to accept every harsh punishment now.
Truly speaking, the man feels real peace and pleasure after his confession,
He finds great strength in his mind and soul too,
No fear, no anxiety whatsoever;
He is indeed a blithe spirit at present.
