The silent traveller
And the silent road!
Great combination indeed,
It's wonderful to see,
The world seems
Excellent and unique,
But then......
The traveller stumbles and falls,
This destroys the great rhythm,
The silent road screams in extreme agony,
But in vain,
As that's the absolute truth of the world
For all ages.
As always, a poem with deep insight, meaning and philosophy. Great Anjandev.....10
You've reminded me of artist Edward Munch's famous painting (1893) The Scream. bri : )
A revisit with much pleasure! It's already on my favourite list as well with full score.
The world is full of adversaries but ever with some moral inherent in it.
(cont.) literal vs figurative (wording) : Literal language means exactly what it says, while figurative language uses similes, metaphors, hyperbole, and personification to describe something often through comparison with something different.'
Anjandev, I left ***** and 2 comments in 2024. I STILL LIKE THIS POEM VERY MUCH! ! It is well said but perhaps would be better for some readers (maybe me) if it were more 'literal rather than figurative'**** ? (see below) (cont.)
The road whispers truths untold, In silence, destinies unfold. Yet, falls make journeys bold.
This poem has not been translated into any other language yet.
I would like to translate this poem
Every fall is a learning experience to sum up the journey
