Confusion... Poem by Mahfooz Ali

What are these thoughts in my head?
I don't know what I am thinking
How do I trust myself
and my neighbours
Not knowing what I think is wrong
Or what I think is right
My head is spinning
And it just won't stop
It's like a tornado swirling in my head
And my thoughts are blown everywhere
I don't know what I am doing
Or what I want
Help me figure out what's going on
It feels like I am going crazy
I want to be able to think
But I can't concentrate
I need help
What is causing all this
It needs to -?
So I can take control of my head again
The confusion is too much for me.
