Contain, Control Or Die?

When people take hostages
What do you do?
Contain and control them
Is the first thing to do
Ensure that it cannot spread
Then do you wait them out?
In these days of terrorism
Where terrorists want to die
Perhaps their death
Needs to happen
But ensure that this
Is the best course of action.
