Contemplation Poem by Paul Warren

Contemplation

While the days away
Thinking about yesterday
What pops into your head
Abide again what was said

Perhaps if you had to do it again
Would it pan out so you don't need to defend
It again to yourself in contemplation
Will there ever be a point of saturation?

I learned to do less contemplation in life - less regrets And less depressed
