within that decade then you doing something wrong...
cause the average cost of a certification is 150 US Dollars
so if you cannot put aside 150 US Dollars (excluding books cost) /12 months then you really ain't moving in your field of the particular industry you are in
so why even market yourself as an up to date Human Resource?

now as a certifying official
if you have not Trademark Patent and Registered
your certifications for aspirants and employees
to test and earn for requiring purposes
then you are doing something wrong
with that decade...
