They criticize him,
It is extremely grim,
Though the man tries his best to convince them,
They always defame his name,
Indeed he is in dire straits,
He himself curses his tragic fate.
Then the wise and amiable poet comes
And embraces him with his friendly and lovable hands,
Where the miserable man finds a cosy shelter,
It seems to him lovelier and sweeter than any other thing in this sphere.
