Am I thy incarnation
some who read me
asked
were these words of
Wordsworth
I wondered who was he
then flashed across my mind
tens of thousands of daffodils
It emerged in memory
from distant Kashmir hills
was the Wordsworth seeing me
in those daffodils
a myriads of colours
in Kashmir Valley
I was amiss
where there were no daffodils
all were reddish and of different hue
daffodils are yellow not blue
but then colours are natures gift
memories of mind
we all hope Wordsworth
where ever he may be
all world's daffodils are his
let him of daffodils owner be
