Country Wife
She was a country wife with a lot of style.
And when she thought about her life, she just smiled.
The joy of waking up to a fresh country morn.
The smell of pine trees and sweet corn.
Her husband getting ready for the daily chores.
Fresh baked biscuits on the table and a lot more.
The children getting ready to start their day.
Some would go to school and some would play.
