Crisis Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Crisis

Crisis

Crisis we create
Problems we relate
Complain we make
Pain we suffer still stake

We show it is rich
Who tries to reach?
At each spoils
And avails dividend

No doubt, they have industries
To add lots of miseries
But poor also not to be spared
They have made and added barren land

Big trees are cut for fire wood
That is not considered good
Toxic waste has polluted river water
Air is not worth to breathe and ultimate suffer

So we, the human beings
Intelligent or wise are responsible to bring
Such gloom for entire mankind
Even politicians have gone blind

We suffer deadly diseases
And one day may cease
From this lovely heaven
And forcibly taken
