Crossing A Bridge Poem by Lamar Cole

Crossing A Bridge

He crossed a bridge in his wheelchair.
Hoping that she would be there.
But she had left their home.
And by now she was long gone.
He was now in a state of despair.
And he crossed so many other bridges.
And after awhile he just didn't care.
