Crystalized Heartbreak Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Sounds of a guitar being strummed and taking hearts
away from lives of heartache and tears, watching as
rhythms focused upon their crystalized heartbreak.

Taking life into the darkness of grief and loss that
just never let up, not even for a second, beating of
tempos touching heartstrings.

Once where life felt the love of an unconditional
type of loving and its desire that melted in melodies
of what could have been, but because of an immoral per-
son, nothing could ever be right again.
