Heart Beats
Time stops
Silent stare
That goes on and on
I'm speechless around you
You always ask why I look on without saying a word
Honestly, I'm mesmerized
I've memorized every move
From the way your scar puckers up when you twist your body to the left
To the way you hold and smoke your blunt
I know the sizes of your hands
And how soft they can be
To how your lips and tongue caress my skin
The way your teeth graze my neck
And how the growl comes from the back of your throat
To the way you close your eyes and moan
When I bite on that ear
That move makes you shake
I know the size of your muscles in your arms
And how unyielding they can be
To the abs I adore
They come in handy when baby-girl's sleeping
I see the joy in your eyes when J.La plays with you
The pride when your son draws for you
I feel the frustration of wanting your kids to get things right
And the understanding as well that they're still children
I see how you hold baby-girl close
I know she falls asleep with three things that comfrot her
Your heartbeat, your warmth, and the feeling of utter safety
I know this beause I feel the same way
I have to laught because it sounds obsessive
But I love the wrinkles around your eyes when you smile or laugh
Even the way you get mad
How you take deep breaths
Ball your fists and then force them to relz
How youw arn before you strike
And you never lose your cool
Always aware of what's going on
I know how your face can change from relazed to alert
How your body turns into a lethal srping, ready to attack
How your love for your children and their safety shows itself with each action
I know when you're walking behind me
Your footfalls are heavy, the weight sifts almost evenly
And then...

You do things that shock me
Other than the sex, by the way it's amazing
The way you observe and find out what I like
You've watched me get drunk and contact high
But you still hold the control when I just want to let go
You seem torn with doing what's right as opposed to doing the wrong
Like sleeping in, skipping work, writing things at last minute
To rides on your bike in the middle of thek day or night
You and me just chillin'
And if I'm frightened when I fall asleep
You know what I need
Not the words that don't mean a damn thing
It's the way you hold me, look at me
The way you touch me at times as if I were going to break
Thinkgs you do that make my body shake
Like follow my hips when I dance to my beats
Laugh and joke about the differences in our music
But we fit querido (love)
To the way you like my cooking
To the way iI tollerate your bang bang bang kind of music
I love to spoil you with backrubs
The way you relax me by pulling and massaging my hair
