Cup. Poem by Tom Allport

Cup.

Rating: 5.0

An unfilled quest
Forever illusive
Then as if by magic
There it was
The Holy Grail
Right there
Within my grasp
I reached out
To touch it
With frost bitten fingers
It's magic surged
Through my hands
My soul lit up
My cup runneth over.
