Curtain Drop Poem by Pallavi Tripathi

Curtain Drop

Rating: 5.0

Quoth the poet: Still I rise
Haters still gonna despise

This is the east, Juliette is sun, oh nice!
Question arise: At dawn will she rise?

When humanity is out wiped
Right or left has she swiped?

The nature of nature is mysterious
Humanity is delirious, no serious

If god decides to start the world again
Will Eve eat the apple? Blood runs through my vein

Nothing's for certain, not even the falling curtains
I'm here to entertain, gotta engage few restrains!
