Darker Threshold Poem by Vision Ghost

Few accounted for the choice of a trigger squeezed
Or the fathomed forgiveness of such anger unsolved
The looming acronym within a translation of mind
Thought in the chronology of emotions yet unsigned

Impulsive antagonisms fortified with this life of slavery
Yonder the ever screaming for a release of the continuity
Slow down the earth and capture your thoughts true
Before the unseen encapsulation to insanity captures you

When beyond the voice of obscenity becomes the action
To enforce the spilling of another blood in such salvation
Yet freed to be locked again into destinies deliverance
Quickening for a life of a timeless madness of insignificance

The rush to somehow die as the heart pounds ever harder
Drawing your time to the contract of time and tender
As the heat for generations in wisdom so yet unexplored
We are already now the time to the bomb unexploded

To stare blankly at the screen of child dying in warfare
Who’s your hero and where is your god now to share?
The tears of the thousands as the millions stood by
Never a tongue spoken in universal words asked why

The correspondence from the common to the sense
Is forever blinded and made to sleep in drugged alliance
Of the truth we deny yet the reality we so embrace
To escape yet return always more fatigued to the same place

So fast to testify in the game of blame before any resolution
Sought, founded and acknowledged only to seek damnation
For the one we coerce to freedom as victims left in tyranny
Are forged and forgotten until the dying is done so completely
