De-Carbonization Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

De-Carbonization

De-carbonisation

In the wars when dust rise of horse hooves
Change seven of skies to be six
Add one to seven seas, an increase
I involve and take part; not only with muscle.

Some of words origin of wash-room as ballroom
Ouch and fart, bark of Pooch,
With the walls too close and echoes
Such voices move too long like HF.

All of them like insects in swamp, on water
Infectious and shallow, lighter than small leaf
On canvas, naked, nude, they brush a wrong paint
Yet claims soar up high; to skies, spheres, galaxies:

“Ice decreased, water up, lands dry, life is hell.”
They are right and no doubt, have observed
Problem in their sight, like insects in swamps
They see oil, aim to fight the carbon monoxide.

Is that all?
Not at all.

Our cars and our planes, motor bikes, bicycles
Our shoes and containers, our spoons and plates
Our PCs, our IPads, our TVs, pens to mouse
And even the CDs, DVDs, bookshelves…all

Everything, every one, each gear
We are of the rubber, plastic…
What they see is margin, single thing
Some carbon monoxide, their sheer.

On board of this fighting I am if
We accept ‘to save Earth there is one way’
Rid poor mom of this child; all of us…
This virus, the mankind…
