Tonight As I have always cared Once again I passed by in a car with tears in my eyes

Tamarack at one-ten I saw mess, abandoned I could see through the wall
One woman, all alone Old, frail and lonely She can’t plow cannot clean snow, ice

Neighbor though had cleaned and two cars, maybe three

And I thought
Shall I knock?
No! I can’t
I cannot
This person
Simple Dumb,
Once dreamed to be the queen
Very cruel
She had job and the key
Walking peacock
She had changed
To her ass “Stay home…you smell”
Traveled to Sweden and cared-less for husband
Set afar her king bed
Treated me like slave

In my heart I have pain
But logic is a wall of steel
I went by with tears in my eyes
