Dealing Justice Poem by Ima Ryma

Dealing Justice

When Eisenhower ran for Prez,
'Twas not gonna be a slam dunk.
A verified deal story sez
California a must, Ike thunk.
So Ike approached Earl Warren, Gov,
Promised that for Warren's support,
Warren would be Chief Justice of
The United States Supreme Court.
Warren did deliver the vote,
Ike won and Warren got the job.
Judges above politics? - note,
Judges play politics a gob.

Golden rule - rule by those with gold.
Justice is ever bought and sold.
