Dear Cousin Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Dear Cousin

Dear cousin

My cousin
(Some say that we two are,)
What's your name?
The one gotten from parents,
Given name as I have; and so do my friends...
Not so called scientific: "Gorilla, chimpanzee"

Can you talk in my tongue?
I admit, I am dumb
Even though polyglot I can't talk in your tongue.

Frankly I don't trust our logic, out science.
‘They're commerce'

Have you joined philosophy?
Have you heard of matrix?
I have seen you acting in movies.

Do you take poly-vitamins?
What about penicillin?

Ph.Ds. are jokers
So are the professors
And of course students

I trust only you
Tell me more my cousin.
