Death Poem by Daniel Mauw

Death

At the end of the day
when all life's meanings have gone away
All that remains
is the will to stay up
Till the moon, so bright
fills your night
for the one last time with it's light

Till you can lay down and say:
this will be the last minute of my day
Good bye and farewell
for all that remains
are the memories, oh so well
of fun and life and your pains.
