Death Is Peaceful Poem by Reem Ehab

This poem is dedicated to my dear friend 'Merna'

Is death a curse or a gift?
I know it's something our shoulders can't lift
I feel death is a mixture of both
but it's not as it seems, it's not that loath

It's a curse for people who lose their dearest one
they feel they can't smile, play or have fun
but they have to continue their life despite that endless pain
because it's life and death will happen again

When somebody is gone, he leaves something in our heart
something makes us from any thing apart
It's the pain which can't be healed
It remains as it is as an empty field

Death is a gift to the one who dies
who is peacefully in his place lies
He is tellling his people ' Please don't cry
cause I'm very happy where my spirit lie

I'm between the hands of my creator
yea, It's God who never lets any thing later'
' So, please don't feel that sadness and remove that tear
God is here and to you very near'

Just search for faith in yourself
I know you'll find it on your heart's shelf
