Death - The Search For Immortality Poem by Paul Warren

Death - The Search For Immortality

The search for immortality
We all would like a place in eternity
The question is how are we remembered
After our deaths to have our memory extended

Will it be for deeds done
For stories written or great deeds won
Perhaps it might be you answered a call
Or circumstances that made you stand tall

I think your name written on a stone
Or in a file recording you have gone
Is the best that we can hope for in the end
And know that it will be for the world to comprehend
