Death Wasp Sting Bites Poem by Terence George Craddock

Death Wasp Sting Bites

Rating: 5.0

the question of death
in old age is raised
a prolonged suffering
sickness embedded
before a guillotined
fighting death tooth nails
clawing into last vestiges
stir wasted flesh decaying
withering internal organs
until last bitter breath failing
the question of death
the sting of death bites
descent into dumb timeless dust
or ascent into an eternal light
