His snaked words,
venomous poison her soul,
he made her need him,
became her sun,
her only guide in this world,
so it seemed,
when she bowed to his will,
changed how she was,
to please her commander,
hated him but didn't notice,
he carelessly trod her heart,
she lay at his feet,
was blind to the tears,
that strained their trail on her cheek,
she was no one special,
he didn't need to care,
but found a selfish comfort,
in the fact she'd always be there,
he is her angel...of darkness,
disguised in a false light,
a slave to her image of him,
kept by occasional lies,
he suffocates her heart,
in his deadly embrace,
destroys her,
as he cradles her in his arms,
thus she is doomed,
locked in his tomb of herself,
never to be loved,
but to alternate love
