Deception (Verse) Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

Deception (Verse)

Sadly diverted from their quest for the truth
Many turn to religion and find a very bitter fruit,
Deception blinds men that makes them fail to see
God forgives the sinner who repents, His grace is free!
We choose the roads we take, but there's a map we can use:
His Word is there with the Light we must never refuse,
And so our faith must rest not on what men say
But on the Words of God, He always shows the right way.
