Deep Into Ocean - Poem by Hasmukh Amathalal

Deep into

She was listening
And looking
On down side
She was to decide

"Saba: means morning breeze
I got cold and was not surprised
She was down to earth very pretty
Just symbol to present natural beauty

I though her big role
And so called
"Can you be my guide"?
She again went down with face to hide

I don't know what was prompting
But I was honestly attempting
To go near and know
What was she doing now?

I was rather much influenced
I knew she will not answer even if forced
But still I wanted quick answer
And blew the whistle for her

Still I remained blank
And sank
Deep into ocean
With face never to be shown
