Deepawali Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Deepawali

Among the rows and lines of lamps
Kali comes, comes She
With the anklets sounding
Strange and bizarre
With the blood-laced tongue
Out of the lips
Held in shame
As for trampling Siva
Under feet
And anger lessened.
