Defining What Is Good For You? Poem by Terence George Craddock

Defining What Is Good For You?

You should never
do what other people
tell you to do
unless...

it is good for you.
When taking advice
what do you do?

What is good
for the majority of people
what is good
for the poorest of people

what is good
for the most vulnerable
defenseless people
is what you should do.

Doing good works deeds
for the least fortunate
affluent people...

is what is good
for you.
True nobility

does the most
for people
that can do the least
for them.

This helps
define
a tsadik
a righteous person.

Sacrificing
for a common
greater good.
