There is an ache in my heart
About the size of trouble
It knows how to play the part
If I wasn't so humble
Give me a tight hug that hurts
And do not ever let go
Not the kind with which to flirt
One from the past, so retro
Like a picaresque novel
Full of daring adventure
And heroes, the based model
Midst this old story's center
Our brave crusader is strong
Finishes what he started
This is not where he belongs
A tight hug, so departed
No ordinary embrace
For a downright lonely man
Who has made many mistakes
In simplified eyeblink spans
You see, real hugs never judge
There's always a sigh nearby
A smile, and a slight nudge
Is it as yet unclear why?
