Desert Remains, Exposed Poem by james watkin

Desert Remains, Exposed

Shadowed what treeless
Suffered brutal heats;
This vale of ancient renown;
Crushed rocks' sand-blown.

A life; its dropped bones.
No more heard sighed for
Of Time, than what ever blows
No due respect shows.
