Desire



Your writing gives me pause
I believe this was your poem's cause
Lust and Love are the wings of a dove
Neither one may fly above

Love may be defined as lust
And lust as desire
The dove needs both to inspire
Her song touching like a choir
Hoo-ah-hoo...Hooo
I need a friend too
