Despised! To Then Ostracize. But Why? Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Why is anyone already known,
To be erratic.
Undependable.
Incompetent, unlawful, indecisive.
Disrespectful and immoral too.
Still remains to be regarded,
As the best pick to lead...
A religious based society.
With roots undisputed to have been,
Reflective of values and standards...
Advertised to market and promote,
Around the World.
To have made aliens traveling the Universe,
Beset with jealousy and envy.
Yet...
Those grounded to the Earth.
Force to live their lives nonfictioned.
Are claimed to be disgruntled.
Since their critical scrutinizing of delusions,
Are despised to have them ostracized.
With their credibility, character and integrity ruined.
But why?
When they are the ones,
Observing to witness...
The ridiculousness,
Of the contradictions.
Endorsed and supported by those mindless.
Frequently heard protesting against truth.
And an unconscious way of life to pursue.

-HYPOCRISY! -
"And when do we want this? "
-NOW! -
"What is it we want? "
-OUR HYPOCRISY!
