Despite the pelting of abuses
And disdainful stares,
Love's sunlight peeks
Through heavy, darkened clouds,
Pouring warmth and peace
Upon our weary hearts.
The rays of love, like melodies,
Touch mind and soul,
Leaving sweetened echoes
In our parched, tired psyches,
Where the divine reveals its face.
You illuminate our world
With wisdom's sacred light,
Dispersing shadows cast
By panic's cruel grip,
By ghosts of dark despair.
Let me bear your beacon high,
To walk beyond all chaos,
And hear the voice within—
The voice of the divine—
Guiding me along the path
Of eternal truth.
The world may turn away,
But our love remains steadfast,
True as the ancient dawn.
Beneath your sheltering canopy,
We wait to be restored
To our pure and timeless state.
Not even death can steal our joy.
Let's smile once more,
For God has given signs—
The sun shines upon us still,
And we see: sunlight is our essence.
