Destinations To Discover Poem by Terence George Craddock

Destinations To Discover

the hitchhiker is out thumbing rides
I am out thumbing thoughts
both of us looking for a good ride tides

distant journeys destinations of discoveries
we are passing through buzzing hitchhikers
back out on our roads seeking eureka moments

here we are stranded soaking wet hours at roadside
no one wants to pick up solitary man at road edge
soaking wet revelations dripping upon back seat ledge
