(From gentleman to lady in train)
Destiny defies
Friday,20th December 2019
Destiny defies any rules
and silently appeals
the mind to concentrate
and heart to to resonate
I was not inclined
and certainly not defined
the way I wanted to be
and acted as free bird
She was just sitting opposite
with eyes not so concentrated
but I could think about her facial expression
she seemed eager for close relation
She was elegant and gorgeous
but I felt she was not at all nervous
her eyes were making deep probe
as wanted to grab me by force
i was dreaming high
with an addition of so much delight
next station was approaching fast
I was turning her dream at last
suddenly the train got halted
the rose had definitely smelted
my nostrils were full with her fragrance
"take care, see you next" she was whispering at once
Hasmukh Mehta
You are absolutely right, destiny is never in our hands, only our actions are. Thanks for a fine composition. Annapurna Sharma, NELLORE, Dec 21,2019
