Determined entry

It is first lesson
And provides reasons
For people to be successful
And resourceful

The women folk don't see beyond
And settle for second option
They try with limited source
And don't become driving force

If you are claiming to be equal
You must call
And bet for sure success
With full access

The opportunities are same
So if you wanted to claim
On quall footing
You should not debating only

In administration side also
Learn how to divide
Base the opinion
And come out on winning side
So females can concentrate
And relate
Their success or failure
On knowledge with power to enter
