Devils Kiss Poem by Sally Plumb Plumb

Devils Kiss

Rating: 5.0

The devil's on the chimney,
he's roaring down the stack....
she's a-pokin' at the coals
and loudly shouting back.

" Come and get me if you want,
we could have some fun"
The devil called back through the flames,
"I know just the way it's done.

We'll dance a dance of merriment
and play the music loud,
then I will kiss you, on the lips"

laughing at the growing crowd....

One can't help but think of Santa Clause in the chimney scenario- but this time it's the devil- adulthood!
