Devonshire Teahouse Ferns Poem by james watkin

Devonshire Teahouse Ferns

Off the country road,
Repose. Jam-topped
For what takes its fill in
What's dripped; has dropped.
Smooth, for a calm hour's
Generous helpings
Of a sounding richness
One in fern brings.
