Diamond Poem by Amna Farooq

Diamond

Rating: 4.5

Diamond
That precious stone,
Can chatter any bone,
That catchy shine,
Can make your day fine,
A single one,
Cost million tonnes,
That sparkle,
Which is crystal clear,
Gives me the fear,
To lose it,
D is for Dashing and Divine
I is for Individual and Immense
A is for Awesome and Alarming
M is for Miraculous and Mysterious
O is for One and Only Outstanding
N is for Noble and Noticeable
D is for Delightful and Delicate

A lovely depiction of the essence and beauty of diamond as rear gem, well articulated and insightfully penned with conviction. Thanks for sharing Amna. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
