Did you ever think for a moment?
That all of us could be wrong?
I’m talking about our thoughts on religious rightness,
Sung in the words of hymnal songs.
Maybe God is just who He is,
And nothing more than that,
Maybe He is just one religion,
Now what do you think of that?
I guess I’ll never really know the answers,
To these questions I pose,
And should just believe He came to earth… to die for mankind’s sins,
And then on the third day up to the Father rose.
And He doesn’t mind all our different types of religious beliefs,
As long as they all point towards Him,
Now this may be where it ends my friend,
And maybe…just where it all begins.
