Difficult Art Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Difficult Art

So far no good
As I have understood
I followed long path
Even after taking holy deep with bath

Not even river Ganges
Or famous holy churches
Can rescue me from down fall
I don’t know how to respond to a call!

I made submissive posture
But eyes were for earning treasure
It was to made by hook or crook
The gain was to be posed in book

I was hell bent
When sent
With golden chance
I grabbed with control at once

I have no regret
As was led by fate
I was to be way laid
If emergency needs were not made

I was not to die
Without any try
I made wrong start
But I knew it was difficult art
