Dillip, Poets Are Not Calibrated! Poem by Jacson Gelato

Dillip, Poets Are Not Calibrated!

Ask yourself if the world is round
and you will find nothing to prove that
but your word is your belief.
So make poetry believable,
not some cries, not some crimes
not some grime, not some rhyme
and then to think you are the best?
You are not believing in the truth
you are not believing in yourself
you are believing in demoting others,
crushing me by saying harsh words;
and you still call it poetry?
Poets are not calibrated;
and whether you are in the top list or not
it is the worthiness of your words
that hold value and respect.
