Disappointments Poem by Audrey Heller

It's not easy to deal with disappointments,
as they happen, whether we like it or not!
We have to try not to let it get the best of
us, for it can tie you up in a knot. It would
be so much easier, if what we wanted or
needed, somehow would come our way.
Unfortunately, that's not the way life is,
but it could be there for us, one day. All
it takes is perseverance, stamina and a
need to hold on. If you give up on your
hopes and dreams, then all you've
worked for, will be gone. There are no
guarantees and never, will there ever be.
Just keep believing in yourself, then one
day, you're bound to be, home free!
