Discover Your Spirit And Soul

Rating: 3.0

How much control do you let others have over you,
With non- reality distractions, always making, you,
Live in fear, if you do not follow the plan's they created for you?
Almost everything, most people do, was made up by another,
Most do not question, they just follow and do.
Your mind controls your body, mindfulness, a path to your Soul.
Feelings, emotions, a A setting, or situation where your papillae,
Become erected, instantly, by an un - known fear,
A warning from your soul, crying, also out of your mental control,
Your mind, cannot create, at any moment, goose bumps, or tears.
Discovering your soul, searching, into the why's of yourself,
Forgetting the taught distractions, which have become the normal,
As time evolves, harming the physical body and mind.
Just take a glance back, a hundred years in time, humans had chores,
In and outside, every day, always creating, visions, of future days,
Communicating, with their inner self, quiet peaceful time, to know,
Their spirit and soul. Discovering, being yourself,
is looked down on today, picture a waiting room, four people,
Three are staring at their cell phones, with a blank look on their,
Face, the forth, smiling, communicating with their spirit and soul,
A look of staring, into space, who would you think is strange?
So much knowledge, inside everyone, for now and future days,
It's questioning many thoughts and actions, in your mind,
Avoiding tools of destruction, created to control your time.

No offense, but it sounds like you are having problems with your wife, and this poem is your outlet, therapy, though you are not direct in treating your problem. Let me know. Thanks, Dennis Ryan
