Disgruntled Poem by Billy Loving

Disgruntled

Awakened today
By a bright sun ray
Can I continue anymore?
With trepidation, I stare at the door
Maybe I'll pull the covers over my head
Turn over in bed
Finding the strength to rise
To begin this day, I despise
This life, I hate
An opportunity, I await
God will show me the way
To make it through another day
Until, I make my last trip through that door
Never to return to this job, no more
