Ditto With Uniform And School Boys Poem by Harindhar Reddy

Ditto With Uniform And School Boys

I'm not a potter
when it comes to meter, but
matter is what I
scatter into your bio Via
words game- -oh met I,
murmuring water, in the
river lies with its quiet
rustic and pristine scenery,
a hint of joy is seen oh.

It isn't rhyme or verse
that makes a poet nor feet and
meter a writer.
Oh neither black coat produces
pleaders nor khaddar leaders,
ditto with uniform and boys.

Joyous of heart and
agony of spirit kept
side by side, the old
and new wed, unfamiliar
mingled with familiar in
the charm of my writing, yo!
