Division 2
'Failure to show up' in teams
is soon echoed by their fans.
Loss of money and too many teams
make
who make decisions
opt for two divisions.
The top half of the teams
at the end of '19
will be in Division TOP,
the rest in BOTTOM or TWO.
The top three teams in '20 in BOTTOM
to TOP in '21 will rise.
The bottom three in TOP,
from TOP to BOTTOM will drop.
