Do All Women Find A Wolf Whistle Offensive Or Sexist?

They use to be so commonplace,
Especially around a building site.
That loud double note wolf whistle,
Men would shrill with true delight.
But that was so many years ago,
A testosterone sound lost over time.
Did all women find it offensive,
And lawfully became a sexist crime?
