Do Not Weep, My Love Poem by Hebert Logerie

Do Not Weep, My Love

Do not cry, do not cry, my love
If you cry your tears will strangle me
If you cry, your sobs will drown me
In the abyss of emotions. Help
Help! Let me comfort you
With kisses, let me dry up
Your tears. Let me calm you down
Since the sad emotions
Will not bring any solution
To the problems that are gnawing your heart
And handicapping our happiness
Do not weep, do not weep, my love
Life is not easy at all on earth
We are not ready for the cemetery
Do not cry, tomorrow is another day
Things will be better and the roses will be more gorgeous
Dry your tears. The sky is filled up with crystals and sparkles.
